At 121 we offer EYFS training for Continual Professional Development within your setting. We understand it can be difficult to release staff to attend training, so we come to you at a time to suit you, including evenings and weekends at a location of your choice.
Our training programmes do not take employees away from their environment but trains them within their environment. Our training is designed to support staff at all stages of their career, to enhance and broaden their professional knowledge, skills and expertise, whilst also improving the children’s learning experiences and achievements.
Research suggests that good quality childcare provision and a highly skilled workforce improves outcomes for children. Ofsted has an expectation that staff should access training to keep up to date, reflect upon the effectiveness of their practice and strive to improve. Therefore Core Training and Continuous Professional Development should be embraced by all practitioners regardless of their level of qualification or years of experience. Training should also be revisited from time to time to ensure knowledge is kept up to date.
At 121 we believe that if there is a hands on approach and a clear understanding then everything else will be in place.
